Your child’s play stays on the device
The app does not ask for a child’s name, email, birthday, photo, location, or account. Animal profiles, an age band, a play preference, activity history, flowers, and sound settings are saved locally. We do not send these records to a Tumble Grove server. The app contains no advertising, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics.
Device backups may include app data, depending on your Apple settings. We do not operate cloud progress sync. You can delete an explorer or all family data in the parent area. Uninstalling the app removes its local storage; your device backups are managed separately by Apple.
Purchases and device services
Apple processes the optional full-collection purchase. The app checks Apple’s verified purchase information to unlock the collection and restore ownership. We do not receive payment-card details. Apple may process purchase, account, and diagnostic information under its own privacy policy. Narration uses the device’s speech services; no microphone recording is needed.
Adult support messages
The website’s contact form is for adults. It stores your chosen topic, message, optional email address, our reply, and the conversation’s creation and expiry times. Please do not include children’s names, photos, recordings, passwords, or payment-card information. We use these details only to answer and manage support requests.
After sending a message, you receive a private conversation link. Anyone holding that link can read the conversation, so keep it private. We store a hash of its random access token. A conversation becomes inaccessible after 90 days, and expired records are removed during subsequent support maintenance requests. You can ask us through the form to delete a conversation earlier; include its private link so we can locate it.
The support inbox is restricted to our designated administrator. Replies appear on your private conversation page; automatic email notifications are not currently provided. An optional email address helps us identify a request, but is not published on this site.
Website operation
Our website runs on OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Our support service temporarily keeps a salted hash derived from a connection address and time window to limit spam. These rate-limit records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent maintenance requests. We do not use this information for advertising or build visitor profiles.
There are no advertising or analytics integrations on this website. The administrator’s sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. That provider may use cookies or account information for sign-in and security.
Your choices and questions
You can use the app without contacting us. For a support-data access, correction, or deletion request, use our adult support form. Include only the information needed to identify your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We do not sell personal information. If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
